Sweetheart Leather Earrings with Tutorial

Eat your heart out ladies and swoon over this simple pair of leather earrings using round leather cord and Czech rondelles. Learn to make with this visual tutorial!

This tutorial is perfect for using a short amount of round leather or leftover cuts from previous projects. What you will need for this DIY leather earrings are:

3-4 Inches of 5mm or 6mm round leather that has a hole or hollow core
Silver-plated end caps (Z008251)
5x3mm Czech rondelle beads
2″ Eyepin and Headpins
And your choice of Earwire

Tutorial

Step One: Gather your items.

Step Two: Cut two pieces of leather at 1 1/4″ length.

Step Three: Insert caps to leather ends.

Step Four: Slide an eyepin through the whole piece and make a simple loop

Step Five: Slide a Czech rondelle onto a headpin and make a wrapped loop.

Step Six: Open one of leather link and slide on earwire loop. Repeat to the other end with the Czech dangle.

Step Seven: Repeat all steps for other earring.
