DIY Swarovski Fine Rocks Hoop Earrings

Looking for an ultra cool statement earring? We’ve got the perfect DIY for you! Made with Swarovski Fine Rocks Tube and Memory Wire, you can create this glamorous hoop earrings today!

What you’ll need:

Directions

  1. Cut two full rounds of memory wire with Memory Wire Cutters.
  2. Slide on a tube bead, curving it while you slide it through the memory wire. (Note, try using your pliers to help guide the memory wire through the fine rocks tube. Even twisting the fine rocks may help.)
  3. Slide post earring through your end cap, making sure the post end sticks out the end cap. Add a small dab of E-6000 with a toothpick. Cap one of the fine rocks with end cap.
  4. Add E-6000 to other end cap and cap other end of the Fine Rocks.
  5. Repeat all steps for other earring.
  6. Let pieces sit for a full 12-24 hours until it is completely dry before wearing.

We’re making an angelic dangle today. You can make two and use them to dangle as earrings or add them to keychain, bookmarks or beadable gifts.

DIY Wrap Pearl & Denim Blue Bracelet

We’re starting June with one of our favorite style of DIY jewelry-making; memory wire wrap bracelets. Our DIY Wrap Pearl & Denim Blue Bracelet combines some of our favorite components; leather with hollow core, Swarovski pearls and tassels.

What you’ll need for bracelet:

Direction:

  1. Make a simple loop with Memory Wire Finishing Pliers.
  2. Slide the the following beads:
    1. 2 seed beads, 6mm pearl, seed bead, curve tube, 8mm pearl, seed bead, 8mm denim blue crystal, seed bead, 8mm pearl.
    2. end cap, 2.5″ of leather, bead cap
    3. 8mm pearl, seed bead, 8mm denim blue crystal, seed bead, 8mm pearl, curve tube, seed bead, 6mm pearl and 2 seed bead.
  3. Cut Memory Wire with a 1/2″ to 3/4″ end.
  4. Make a simple loop to that end with Memory Wire Finishing Pliers.




Blue Moonlight DIY Earrings

Blue is still a favorite among jewelry, so here’s some Blue Moonlight DIY Earrings with beaded chain and Swarovski® princess cut crystal pendants.

What you’ll need:

Directions:

  1. Take two links from the bead chain link by opening and closing the loops.
  2. Open jump ring, slide on one end of beaded chain and through crystal pendant. Close jump ring.
  3. Open earwire loop, slide on other beaded link end and close loop.
  4. Repeat all steps for other earring.

We’ve got TWO easy projects using March’s Swarovski Psychology of Color: Amethyst. Design jewelry with this passionate hue!

Amethyst Wrap Bracelet

Items used in bracelet: SB00422, SW02206 (30), SW00084 (20), SW00081 (20), WR00127 & A014097

Directions:

  1. Make a simple loop to the end of your memory wire with Memory Wire Finishing Pliers.
  2. Slide on the following bead sections onto the memory wire:
    Seed bead, silver curve tube, seed bead, light amethyst crystal, seed bead, amethyst crystal, seed bead, 3 amethyst shimmer crystals, seed bead, amethyst crystal, seed bead and light amethyst crystal.
  3. Repeat this sequence 9 more times. Then end with a seed bead.
  4. Cut memory wire end leaving a 1/4″ end and make a simple loop.

Ombré Amethyst Earrings

Directions:

  1. On a headpin, slide on the following and make a simple or wrapped loop:
    Amethyst bicone, seed bead, amethyst bicone, seed bead, light amethyst, seed bead, light amethyst, seed bead, clear crystal, seed bead, clear crystal and seed bead.
  2. Open earwire loop and slide on crystal dangle. Close loop.
  3. Repeat all steps for other earring.

DIY Emerald Chandelier Earrings

Statement earrings are still hot as ever. So we’ve embraced that trend in this DIY chandelier earrings with emerald crystals from Swarovski®.

What you’ll need for earrings:

Directions:

  1. On a headpin, slide on a crystal and make a simple loop. Repeat for all crystals. You’ll have TWO 8mm, FOUR 6mm and SIX 4mm crystal dangle.
  2. Open 4mm dangle loop and slide on an outer loop of chandelier. Close loop.
  3. Open 6mm dangle loop, slide on next loop of chandelier and close loop.
  4. Open 8mm dangle loop, slide on middle loop chandelier and close loop.
  5. Add a 6mm dangle to the next loop and a 4mm dangle to the last loop.
  6. Open another 4mm dangle loop, slide through middle loop on the inner circle of the chandelier and close loop.
  7. Open earwire loop and slide on top loop of chandelier. Close earwire loop.
  8. Repeat steps 2-7 for other earring.

Indian Pink Gold Bracelet

Directions:

  1. Cut a half coil of memory wire with memory wire cutters.
  2. Wrap a loop or coil one end of the memory wire with memory wire finishing pliers. Slide on the memory wire: TWO 4mm crystal, 6mm crystal, 8mm crystal, 6mm crystal and TWO 4mm crystal. Cut memory wire end, leaving 3/4 inch end. Coil or make a simple loop to that end with memory wire finishing pliers.
    (NOTE: You can substitute 20-gauge gold-colored wire for the memory wire in Steps 1 and 2.)
  3. Open a jump ring from adjustable bracelet and slide on one end of crystal link. Close jump ring.
  4. Repeat to other end of link and adjustable bracelet.

Pink Bali Tassel Earrings

  1. Open jump ring and slide on tassel and eyepin loop. Close jump ring.
  2. Slide the following onto the eyepin and make a simple loop:
    seed bead, 8mm crystal, bali spacer, 6mm crystal and seed bead.
  3. Open crystal dangle loop and slide through an other ring of the flower spacer bead. Close loop.
  4. Open earwire loop and slide on ring opposite of where you added your crystal dangle. Close loop.
  5. Repeat all steps for other earring.

DIY Swarovski Crystal Heart Bracelet

Our friends from Swarovski Create Your Style has this gorgeous Swarovski Crystal Heart Bracelet, in time for Valentine’s (or Galentine’s) Day!

Items used in bracelet: SW01138 (21), SW02083 (22), FTBW0001, Z001702, Z005838, X003062, A008807, TC01897 (2) & TC01899 (2). Heart charm is substituted with Z011847.

Directions

  1. Slide onto a 9″ beading wire a sequence of bicone crystal and heart bead, alternating and ending with a bicone crystal.
  2. Slide crimp tube to one end and loop end through wire protectors and down through the crimp tube. Crimp the crimp tube.
  3. Repeat Step 2 to other end of beading wire.
  4. Slide a crimp cover over the crimp tube and close cover. Repeat to other end.
  5. Open 7mm jump ring, slide through one end, through wire protector and through heart charm. Close jump ring.
  6. Open 5mm jump ring, slide through other end, through wire protector and through lobster clasp loop. Close jump ring.

  1. Make a coiled loop at one end of the memory wire with Memory Wire Finishing Pliers.
  2. Cut cork cord into 4 pieces, measured at about 4 inches.
  3. Slide the following sections onto the memory wire:
    a. End cap, cork piece and end cap.
    b. Czech Bead, TWO 10mm wavy discs (one concave in and the other concave out). Repeat 5 more times (omitting the last 2 wavy discs).
    c. TWO 6mm wavy disc (one concave in and the other concave out), THREE crystals, TWO 6mm wavy disc, THREE crystals, TWO 6mm wavy disc.
    d. Repeat Step 3b.
    e. End cap, cork piece, end cap, curve tube with loop, end cap, cork piece and end cap.
    f. TWO 6mm wavy disc, THREE crystal beads and TWO 6mm wavy disc.
    g. Czech Bead, TWO 10mm wavy discs (one concave in and the other concave out). Repeat 11 more times (omitting the last 2 wavy discs).
    h. TWO 6mm wavy disc, THREE crystal beads and TWO 6mm wavy disc.
    i. Curve tube with loop, end cap, cork piece and end cap.
  4. Cut memory with Memory Wire Cutters leaving half an inch end. Coil and make a simple loop.

  2. Slide a headpin through the heart frame from the inside outwards (bottom heart side). Slide on metal bead and make a simple or wrapped loop.
  3. Open loop of miracle bead dangle from step 1, slide through you made in step 2 and close loop.
  4. On a headpin, slide on 4mm bicone bead and slide headpin through the heart frame from the inside outwards (top heart side). Make a simple loop.
  5. Open loop you made in Step 4, slide onto post earring hole and close loop.
  6. Repeat all steps for other earring.
